Notice on Applying for the 2023 Green Mine Science and Technology Awards (Basic Research, Scientific and Technological Progress, Invention)

All members and related units:

In order to promote "scientific and technological innovation" in the process of green mine construction and facilitate the transformation and implementation of scientific and technological achievements, the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Green League) decided to organize the 2023 Green Mine Science and Technology Award (National Science Award Society Certificate No. 0265) In order to do a good job in the application and evaluation of this award, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application scope and requirements

The 2023 "Green Mine Science and Technology Award" application form (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form") should be carefully filled out in accordance with the requirements of the "Management Measures". According to the corresponding conditions, various declaration materials shall be provided according to the requirements. The first person to complete the application is limited to 1 item.

Projects focus on exploration and mapping of oil and gas, coal, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, rare and precious metals, chemical mines, non-metallic mines, etc., efficient resource development (mining and dressing), comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, environmental protection and double carbon technology, land Project declarations will be organized for reclamation and ecological reconstruction, clean production, mine safety and emergency management, mine intelligence and management, etc.

For scientific and technological progress and invention, there are three reward levels: first prize, second prize, and third prize , and for basic research (refer to Natural Science Awards), there are two reward levels for first prize and second prize.

(1) Science and Technology Progress Award, Invention Award

Scientific research and development achievements such as new products, new technologies, new processes, and new materials that have achieved social and economic benefits and have significant application prospects, as well as standards and specifications, can apply for the Alliance Science and Technology Progress Award, and shall meet the following conditions:

1. New products and new materials

Novel structure, new functions, in line with national industrial policies, energy saving and environmental protection, advanced main technical indicators, proven to be reliable after mass production; have industry, group or enterprise standards, and comply with relevant norms, with certain economic and social benefits.

2. New technology, new equipment, new technology

Advanced technology, practice has proved that it plays a great role in reducing costs, improving labor conditions, increasing labor productivity, improving product quality, saving raw materials, reducing energy consumption, and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading; mature technology has certain economic benefits and social benefits benefit.

3. In order to ensure the quality of the project and the standardization of the application form, the results recommended for the first and second prizes will pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of the Green League in principle. In special cases, you can contact the relevant personnel of the Green League.

(2) Basic Research Award

1. Individuals and organizations that clarify natural phenomena, characteristics and laws, and make major scientific discoveries in the basic research and applied basic research of green mine construction and green mining development;

2. It has not been discovered or invented by predecessors;

3. Has great scientific value;

4. Recognized by the scientific community at home and abroad;

5. In order to ensure the quality of the project and the standardization of the declaration, the results of the declared basic research shall pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of the Green League in principle, and in special cases, contact the relevant personnel of the Green League.

2. Identification and recommendation

Project identification is an important basis for the review process of the Green Mine Science and Technology Award, and recommendations are an important reference for the review process of the Green Mine Science and Technology Award.

1. Recommended unit: All member units can apply directly, and can also be recommended by national professional associations, provincial (municipality) industry associations, societies, etc. The recommending unit should carefully verify the application materials and fill in the recommendation opinion;

2. Recommended experts: Members of the China Green League Technical Committee, Green Mine® ^Think Tank and industry experts.

3. Application materials

The application (recommendation) of the "Green Mine Science and Technology Award" must be submitted at the same time with the application form and the attachment materials that are completely consistent with the content of the application form. All types of application forms must be filled in truthfully and carefully in accordance with the requirements.

1. System submission. Log in to the official website of China Green League to register and declare project information, and upload relevant materials as required.

2. Submit paper materials. The main body of the declaration form and the attached materials are in triplicate and glued into a booklet, and the unit stamps it and sends it to the Secretariat of the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance.

4. Application time

All application and recommendation units should submit , mail or deliver the application materials to the application material receiving unit before 17:00 on October 21 , 2023. Overdue will not be accepted.
