In order to promote the innovative construction of large-scale green mines and help the transformation and implementation of scientific and technological achievements in large-scale projects, the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Green League) decided to organize the 2023 Green Mine Major Project Award (National Science Award Society Certificate No. 0265) In order to do a good job in the application and evaluation of this award, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application scope and requirements

The application form for the "Green Mine Major Project Award" in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form") should be carefully filled out in accordance with the requirements of the "Management Measures". According to the corresponding conditions, various declaration materials shall be provided according to the requirements. The first person to complete the application is limited to 1 item.

1. Scope of declaration

Major engineering projects focus on major innovative projects such as green exploration, green mine construction, landscape, forestry, farmland, lake and grass engineering, geological environment management, ecological restoration of mining areas, prevention and control of heavy metal pollution in mining areas, slag disposal, soil and groundwater pollution control, resource utilization, and environmental protection.

The Green Mine Major Project Award has two award levels, first and second.

Large-scale projects with a certain scale and scientific and technological support adopt new processes, new models, and new technologies to optimize design and reduce project costs. Governance has improved markedly.

Meet the requirements of production or use, and obtain certain economic or social benefits, and have a demonstration effect on promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.

In order to ensure the quality of the project, before the application deadline, experts organized by China Green League must go to the site for verification.

2. Identification and recommendation

Project identification is an important basis for the review process of the Green Mine Major Project Award, and recommendations are an important reference for the review process of the Green Mine Major Project Award.

Recommended unit: All member units can apply directly, and can also be recommended by national professional associations, provincial (municipality) industry associations, societies, etc. The recommending unit should carefully verify the application materials and fill in the recommendation opinion.

2. Recommended experts: Members of the China Green League Technical Committee, Green Mine® ^Think Tank and industry experts.

3. Application materials

The application (recommendation) of the "Green Mine Major Project Award" must be submitted at the same time with the application form and the attachment materials that are completely consistent with the content of the application form. The declaration form must be filled out truthfully and carefully according to the requirements.

3. Submit the paper version of the declaration form in triplicate, the text and attachments are glued into a booklet, stamped by the unit, signed by relevant personnel, and sent to the Green Mine Science and Technology Award Office.

4. Application time

The Green Mine Major Project Award must submit the application materials before September 30, 2023, and China Green League will arrange experts to start checking the project site on October 20, 2023.
